US Politicians Help Fund Push For Uganda Law That Would Kill Gays

What can we do to get this news into main stream media?

What can we do to make Americans feel embarassed about voting for politicians that would do such a thing?

What can we do to systematically get these politicans out of office?

Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC), perhaps the most conservative man in Washington, is a resident, as are Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Representatives Zach Wamp (R-TN), Bart Stupak (D-MI) and Mike Doyle (D-PA). There are many powerful Washington politicians who are members of the Family and/or come there for religious studies. Among they are Pete Domenici (formerly R-NM), Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Lindsay Graham (R-SC)) , Mike Enzi (R-WY), John Thune (R-SD), Mark Pryor (D-AK) and James Inhofe.

The thing of it is most are too apathetic to care. Add to that its people across the world and they care even less. Says a lot when these things can happen for the world to see.
 
Yesterday in another thread, I said that as soon as it was possible to "cure" gays, the extermination would begin.

I was told I was full of rage and needed to take drugs.

I was asked very sarcastically, "should I double bolt the door... who's coming for me?"

I got a couple rather snarky PMs, one from a biologist who suggested I didn't know what i was talking about.

I hate it when I'm right.

That's why I've always been on the fence about abortion. On one hand I don't like the government telling people what to do with their bodies. But on the other hand, I hate arguing with people who say that aborting their fetuses whom they think might be gay would be sparing them a life of misery. I kindly point out to them that it's straight people passing the laws that discriminate. I tell them sexism is still rampant in society but that doesn't mean female fetuses should be snuffed out. Racism is still a major issue but no one is advocating terminating ethnic babies. Needless to say, they didn't agree but what can you do.
Jason, I at one time, thought as some of the posters here have written that you might have anger issues. No, many of us here aren't seeing the forest for the trees. Complacency is now becoming common.

It does indeed. If they ever do figure out exactly what biological component causes or predisposes one to be gay, they will figure out a way to stop it.

Been reading about The Family recently, and if what we know about them doesn't scare the shit out of everyone, it should.
 
Sadly I cant say that I am surprised by this news. These people that are against us seem to be getting more and more extreme. They see people are becoming more accepting and more people are coming out and they are freaking out. I'm curious to see if the mainstream media will pick up this story or sweep it under the rug like they did with latest FBI statistic that hate crimes have risen 11%.

I am sure some of these guys are hoping for a day where they can cure the evil gay away. Unfortunately for them I doubt that they will ever find one. Though I am sure they are willing to fuck up the development of unborn babies by trying to play god.
