That one's a no-brainer; it won't even get to SCOTUS because the issue is settled: they're using a public institution as a platform for personal speech while acting as representatives of that public institution.


As to the topic... if they were really bleach bombs, evidence would be easy to show.

I guaran damn tee ya, if it were a group of Muslim Kids, or any other "religiously motivated" group suing, then the I've never read the entire book of Mathew Chapter 6, so Called Christian hypocrites "freedom of speech" wouldn't be their flimsy ass defense, either in a court of law or by any Biblical Scholars.
