I have to work this weekend so it is Friday but hey it's no big deal just another workday as is tomorrow and as is Sunday.

We woke up to some light snow flurries this morning and it was cold and breezy but actually it was a great day in many respects.

They say we might get more snow tonight. Of course the higher elevations get so much more than we do. We are at 2,800 ft above sea level and up on Beech Mountain they are almost 5,500 feet or something like that I think.

A local boy who is profoundaly deaf and was in trouble most of his life and most recently on meth hung himself this week. That is sad that someone has fucked up their life so badly they feel that suicide is the only option. His family life was shit but he still was a human.

So what are you going to do this weekend. I hope you stay safe and have lots of fun.

I bought the following CD;s this week. John Prine - Fair & Square; Donovan Frankenreiter; and Van Morrison - Pay the Devil. They are great!

That describes today folks. What a day of different weather. It has been cool and beautiful and I have loved it.

At times it was snowing so hard it was almost a white out. The roads though are clear and it won't last long.

Today was gorgoeus. A beautiful early spring day. Started out sunny and cold and then warmed up as the day moved on and this afternoon it is still cool but warm and nice and it makes one glad to just be alive and live in this special place.

I have a meeting in Black Mountain tomorrow so I maybe gone most of the day.

Wow where has this day gone???

It seems like it was just a minute ago when I came over to the office at 7 AM to get my coffee and start my day and now here it is almost 4 PM and the day is gone and I really got a lot done.

Sunny and warm and just a brilliant day. Flowers look great and life is good. How is it or was it for you?

I am however ready for a sit in my favorite chair and a bit of a wank *|* *|* and then a short nap before my evening starts. ROTFL. Sound nice huh! Wish you could join me and then i wouldn't have to wank *|* *|* alone! LOL!

Wow what a day we had today. Church was awesome and the sermon was incredible. Great message.

The weather this wekeend was to die for and I was off and worked outside and played outside and sat outside and just had fun outside.

How this week has just flown by so quickly.

Sorry I have been out of touch but each day has just gone and then it is time to head home and well you know the story.

I had my boss here on Mon and Tues and lots of folks with him so I was as they say "out of pocket" taking care of all of them and their needs. It all went very well and they were pleased but it is always nerve wracking to have the big boss around even if you are doing a great job. Which I am! :D

The weather this past weekend was wonderful and then on Modnay we had lots of rain, mixed with sun and high winds came in on Tues and Wed. Almost blew me over yesterday. It was awesome.

So here we are and its Thursday. I posted another chapter in my story. 41 Chapters and 1,309 pages. Even I am impressed. I never would have thought I could do it and keep this story going for this long. I have to really pay attention to details which I like but let me tell you it is harder than I would have though it would be when I started.

Where will this story go from here? How long can I keep it going? I wish I could say forever but I know that is not true.

Do folks really like it? I know I have a core group of groupies. Of Timmy and Tom junkies but so many silent viewers who never make their selves know to me. Why is that? I am puzzled? :confused:

Why are they lurking around and not saying anything. I always have something to say so this puzzles me to no end. :confused: :confused: :confused:

Anyway. Here I go on and on.

I for one am ready now for the warmer weather because you know what that means. It has been a gorgoeus day here in the mountains and our little valley.

Nice and cool and crisp this morning but now at 4 PM in the aftwernoon it is up in the 70's and feels quite warm.

They are calling for big thunder storms to roll in later today but who knows if that could change.

I am working this weekend so I will be around to check on my threads and write in my story.

I went to church but I went to my other church and it was just not as good as my regular one is. The preaching and the liturgy are just not as good. It was Palm Sunday so we all got a palm leaf and I fashioned mine in the shape of a cross instead of listening to the service or the sermon. bad me!!!

The weather is cool and crisp and very sunny and gorgeous. I am going into town and do some errands and have a latte to reward myself for just being ME!!!

I like rewards and I do like being me. Just wish I had another me to share this me with sometimes but what the hey! Can't have everything we want now can we?

Sorry I was so pissy and whinny and begging for attention the other day. Just was not my day I guess. ;)

Today is gorgeous and sunny and nice and I got a haircut and feel great. The grass is growing and we fired up the lawnmowers yesterday. I love the smell of fresh cut grass especially in the spring time. Wow what a treat for the senses after a long winter.

So anyway not a whole lot to say today so i will get on with it I guess.

In the Holy Week Christian tradition today is Maundy Thursday and lots of people get their feet washed. I for one have never been able to get into this particular tradition. I don't want to stick my feet in water with lots of other feet and have someone wash them in public. Just not for me.

The moon was setting this AM and just about 5 AM it came into view from my window as it slid towards the mountains and under the mini blinds that are half way down on my bedroom windows.

I lay there and watche dit slowly lower itself and the clouds would cover it and then it would break free and then get covered again. It took about an hour before it dissapeared behind the distant mountain ridge.

So much light. I think it is full tonight

Today looks to be a fantastic gorgeous day. I am mailing my taxes off today and it is not a great day for that reason! ;) :grrr:

I am working this weekend but today I did something very sneaky. I told the guy who works in my office to take the day off and I spent the whole day writing in my next chapter and looking at porn ALL DAY LONG!

My easter was great how about yours. It was HOT here. In the 80's and for April believe me that is freaking Hot hot hot!

I went to the early 6 AM Easter vigil service which I love because you get to take a noisemaker to church and make lots of noise when the Alleluia is returned to the world in the form of the resurrected Christ.

The church starts out dark and it is hard to see and find your place. then the Pascal fire is lit and everyone has a cnadle that is lit form the one fire. It is so cool. hard for us old farts with glasses to see but cool never the less.

Then I came back to work for awhile and wrote an entirely new story which is weird believe you me. So different. So unlike me. You will have to wait till I post it and then let me know what you think. It is bizarre. Why did I write it?

So anyway. Then friends came over last evening and the weather was great. Good conversation and GREAT food if I must say so myself.

All in all a wonderful day.

Yes today has been gorgeous. Warm and sunny and just a great spring day in the mountains. Makes one glad to be alive.

Today is payday so everyone likes me today. Of course they seem to like me everyday. I am after all a great boss. At least in my own mind I am. LOL!

I posted a new story today and I will be interested to see what kind of commetns I recieve from it. It is so totally different from anything else I have ever written. I don't usually go in for the dark stuff much so this was a stretch and I am not sure if it reads like it could be believable.

We have had computer guys here half the day installing new anti virus software, new anti spy ware from mircrosoft and New Word Perfect 11. Also showed me a new way to burn DVD's so I will have to see if I can do it on my own with no help.

Huge mother freaking thunder and lighting storms rolled through our valley this AM and up till about 11 AM. Rained like a son of a bitch. Sideways and every which way. It was awesome and somewhat scary as well.

Now the sun is out and it is steaming outside.

I am....and it is so good. I try and limit myself on my chocolate intake but this time of year it is everywhere and everyone thinks they need to give you chocolate or you won't love them or something.

Today was a gorgeous day.

I have been learning how to burn DVD's today and it is so much harder than I ever thought it was going to be. And there are DVD+R's and -R's and rewritable and non rewritable and all that shit confuses me. Why can't they make it easy??????

We have been spring cleaning and waxing all this past week. Everything is shining now and ready for the onslaught of folks to come in and mess it up again! ROTFL! Why do we do it?

Weeds are growing and we have been plowing our fields and gardens and I love the way new turned earth looks. So dark and so wonderful as the earth is turned upside down to ready it for the new planting season.

It rained here all day long and I stayed inside most of the time working on some papers I needed to write and trying to figure out where the hell I could find $19,000 to buy a new tractor. We need one. Ours is like OLD and needs to be replaced. They are willing to give us $11,000 for our old one which seems high to be so I want to jump at the chance to buy a brand new one for only $19,000 but of course have to find the money!!!

I also wrote a new short story about a guy I saw in the Hallmark Card Store the other day and worked on a new chapter in the lives of my true heroes. Timmy and Tom.

Wow last night was a lighting show from upstairs. It really rained as well as lots of great thunder rolling around the valley.

It was cool to just lay in bed and watch and listen and watch and listen. My dog lay by the partially open sliding glass door and enjoyed the show along with me.

So that rain changes all my Sat plans fpor now but I am sure I will find something to do! ROTFL!

Write, read, watch a movie perhaps!
