I am glad that you are very well informed into which is happening in my country. Boys, completely we are convinced here that Chavez will gain the elections this next 3D, (with trap I make sure).

About the surgeries, many people who return worse from Cuba, example: the mother-in-law of my brother had an operation in an eye and at the moment she does not see by this eye, additionally we suspects that they provided her some type of medicine because she changed his personality.

We have a group of "Cuban doctors" who only know to provide pills for any type of disease, and the patients get worse and soon the "doctors" disappear.

The laws are interpreted to benefiecien to the people of the government. The journalists are attacked by the people you affect the "chavismo", and the government does not do anything.

The population has been increased drastically have given identity cards to foreigners who do not fulfill the law exigencies.

It is as much the vandalism that in the Electoral National Council appears registered in a residential zone with 1.800.000 people living in the same house, we have people who were born 1830 and still voting, people who have the same number of identification card or which they appear dead and they are alive or that being dead appears alive, it is strange isn't it? but we are like the book: Chavez in wonderland, anything can happen, he and his bandits invent it for their benefit.

He is buying consciences by the South America and the rest of the world with Petroleum and the money that this is contributing to him, giving money, constructing hospitals, meanwhile here everything is distroying, constructing freeways outside and here are sinking.

Organizations political, mass media or whatever tries to do denunciations against him or somebody that support it, are considered "sells mother countries" and that are paid by the "empire" that it wants to invade to us.

No, we do not want that they come to invade to us, we want that the International Community sees what it is happening in Venezuela and it stops his anxieties of Power, or we return to have another social outbreak.

Now it is taking to us in a very dangerous wave and is to support to communist, dictatorial regimes that are not going to leave nothing good to us.

It is sad, but it is certain, this is a small sample of which it happens here. Socialism? Comunism? FUCK, All that we want is live peacefully and with progress

I'm so sorry for you country and people. Sounds like Chavez doesn't care about his people. Let's just hope that he will lose power....for the sake of humanity.

The influence and affection of Castro-Cumunismo in Latinoamerica go back from years 60 and with them we have lived, but what he has been the detonating in this period is the idolatry of this regime towards Castro is enormous, they almost make god (and I wrote it with small letter because it would be an insult to the true God). And all thanks to the present President of Venezuela, Although are certain that many Venezuelans already were tired of same politicians and their same errors, is necessary to emphasize, and that is my opinion, that a nation makes its own people and to who we must throw the fault to of all the errors? Also we as towns we must be but active at the time of choosing our governors and not letting to us convince with stupid "jingles", we must see beyond of all this we are playing the future of a country.

Perhaps RingToneSpook, without wanting, it committed the error to change the country - Mexico by Venezuela - but I believe that he was opportune, If there is some Mexican reading this commentary, I have to say that they have to see the actions of Mr. Lopez Obrador, if it is truth that were irregularities he must demonstrate that existed or exist (according to the news who arrive here he has presented nothing) wants the power without worry him the consequences of his acts.

Block Mexico City is not the best option to be listened by Justice, people wants to follow their life style , if it is thus for demanding this as it will be if it gets to be President. And I say it by experience, this type of people matters what he says, they doesn't listen nobody.

Thanks for the posts gustoso. Always nice to get an insider's perspective. Never been to Venezuela personally. I think what you say about people just wanting to progress is so true everywhere. It is really universal.

As to doctor's giving meds to change personality.... sorry I don't really buy it. There aren't any drugs out there that alone will make people agree with Chavez or Castro or anybody else. Could have been a reaction but my experience with campesinos from El Salvador getting sight restored has all been sincere. Venezuela and Cuba have their problems for sure. And it's too bad that the oil wealth of venezuela does seem to be squandered and not used to benefit the people.

I just think it is funny that the US doesn't say anything bad about them... or at least it's not covered in the media. Of course Chavez is anti-US. That's blatantly clear.... and well, Bush IS an idiot. I find it funny that Rumsfeld likened Chavez to Hitler. I remember a school teacher who got in trouble for likening Bush to Hitler... and then a great article in the Denver Post shortly after where somebody very articulately spelled out the similarities. Quite well done actually... I should have saved the article.

I agree with Epicadam in that Chavez is trying to egg on the US and we are just ignoring him. BUt the oil plays a part in this I'd bet.

The media is saying something. Just watched CNN. US will not do anything about anything, you all know a phrase that says "Stupid words, ears deaf". And elections are coming. They will say something if He-who-must-not-be-named wins again. And if US doesn't do anything, Venezuelan ppl will.
