That kind of a sentiment is not very prevalent among gay men in my experience, who are much more sexually liberal than up tight conservatives.

Because a person who posts nude pictures of himself and puts them on display on the world wide web isn't too intelligent. No one with any common sense would do such a thing. Well, yaknow, it just depends on what you want to do with your life as to whether it might be foolhardy to post nude pictures of oneself. If you want to get hired in a conservative professional field or run for political office, for example, it could be the kiss of death. If you live your life in less constrained environments, it doesn't matter so much.

If you want to be careful, you post under a user name that can't easily be associated with you, and you don't post your face.

Now SOME of us (without saying who) don't have to post nude pics for people to know they're gay. It's so obvious that nobody would dream or thinking otherwise.

I am about to wrap up serving on my local PRIDE board with someone that I kept arguing with because they wanted to take all sexuality out of our event. There really are those that make little to no sense in their daily lives.

Some of the best "gay sex" that I've ever had has been from guys who've come from a "sexually oppressed" background.

It's like they're all excited fantasizing while we're having sex that "someone might find out."

There are a couple of posters who claim to be gay, but regurgitate anti-gay talking points about same sex marriage. They say they are are gay, but they also like to ask if gay marriage is legal why not incest and marrying your horse.
