video games w LGBT protagonists

So I'm really into these video games Dragon Age and Mass Effect. If you don't know what they are they're RPG's and Dragon Age is like a fantasy game with magic and dragons and stuff and Mass Effect is this sci fi game that happens in the future.

Anyway I love both those games and they're really cool because all the decisions you make affect (or is it effect? Idfk) the characters and stuff in the game. So if you make a decision in Mass Effect 1, a certain person may or may not be alive in 2. I would really recommend you play them!

Anyway in the games you get to make your own person and they can be Gay, Bi or even straight. Just wondering but does anyone know any other video games with LGBT characters? Thanks!

Check out Winter Wolves, Loren Amazon Princess is a good one and they have a few others. Not in the same league as Mass Effect quality wise but typical of romance games.

Dragons age had a lot of great lgbtiq characters. Anything by bioware is great really

Personally, apart from Mass Effect (I had my Shepard embark on a same sex relationship) and Dragon Age, I'm not sure there are that many AAA titles that feature LGBT protagonists. Its something thats changing, however slowly. I think we need more titles like COD, Assassins Creed, etc (the big mainstream hits) to feature more gay characters.

who DIDN'T have their Shepard be a gay space hero with kickass biotic powers? I think I made him straight on accident on my first run through the game, but every time I replayed ME3 it was always him romancing Kaidan. Gotta see that steamy sex scene at the end of the game, after all

Yeah, I'm playing Dragon Age Inquisition on and off and I seem to be romancing the opposite sex, completely by accident!

I actually like using him as well. One of the dialogs in the scene is definitely something that struck me as hinting towards that. Unfortunately this is being met with heavy criticism as much as it is being celebrated.

I wish I could buy the game just to show my support of including characters like Kung Jin but I just can't get into fighting games. Still I'm so happy they included him. I hope he's a recurring character in the franchise
