Question .... i received a few videos which will not play properly ..... I usually get videos with a 1280 x 720 Video resolution and they play properly. The ones I just got have a video res of 1920 x 1080 and they play but with a lot of problems - what do I need to change and where so that they will play right. Please help! Thank you in advance!!!!

Help! Rick

Have you tried using a different video player? Also, check into what your video card is and what the specs are.

Please - I need help here ............................................................

I tried downloading another player- didn't work.... perhaps I have to be very simple here ..... is there a way of possibly jusrt changing he resolution from 190 x 1080 to 1280 x 720 to get the individual video to work??? Please - is this that difficult? .... can I just add a new player for separate vids??

It's interesting to note my post was removed when this was moved. I guess I stepped on some toes. Good. They needed to be stepped on.

I really don't know.

Permit me to wear my "Stupid Hat" .... how does one lower the resolution??
In the conversion settings of Super it shows different resolutions. To me this doesn't sound like a resolution problem. Is your computer capable of showing full HD video? 1080p is high def, 720p is progressive. Generally resolution is the size, meaning width x height.

Like my desktop resolution is set to 1920x1080. I have videos of all sizes and some that are old school (4x3) and the newer format (16x9).
