I recently got a cigarette case holder and was thinking about using it as a wallet (in addition).

Yup.

Leather made by surf giants Billabong, similar to this one but with space for more cards on the right and a see-through pouch for my driver's licence.

It's chock-full of crap. I toy with the idea of having a smaller, formal wallet for when I go out at night, but I know I'll end up leaving something important in one of them when I need it to be in the other one so I've just stuck with one. I keep mine until they disintegrate.

Storage - front or back pocket, depending on what I'm doing. If in the back, I put it on my lap or the table when I sit down.

People make fun of me but...

I love my nylon wallet with velco. It's red and only cost $5.

Lol, I'm rockin' the same shit, man. Finally had to break down and replace the piece of shit I'd been using for almost 10 years. Given the condition it was in--I was actually embarrassed pulling it out sometimes, I should have tossed it years ago, but considering the several times I lost and found it with everything still in it, I had a hard time actually getting rid of it. Got soooooo lucky with that shit. One time, I'd lost it in the dead of winter, & found it over a month later, in a melting snowbank. But the worst was when I was working 1 full-time, and 2 part-time jobs, and after cashing all 3 checks, going to chill with friends, then returning home an hour or so later...I realized that it was missing. Had close to $1,000 in it, so obviously I freaked out. Fortunately, I ended up finding it sitting on the ATM in the store where I'd cashed the checks..|

I use a Flipside Wallet in orange. It's started a lot of conversations whenever I take it out. Plus, it looks cool :)

It's AWESOME! And it protects against RFID scanning, so it's a plus. It's not too comfortable in the back pocket though, so I keep it in my front pocket.

Keep my license and current credit card in my pocket and thats it. That way I can check on it in my front pocket.

Yep> I have one of these:

Never fails to attract attention when I pull it out to pay for something.

That wallet is mega-sexy, even if it were an origami wallet (of course it isn't:lol:). I want one! :D

I have a normal leather wallet, but its starting to fall apart, I have had it since my 13th birthday so its around 7 years old.

I do believe I am in the same boat, I've had my current wallet since I turned 17, and I am now turning 24, the wallet is in dire need of replacement.

I think a nice classic and simplistic leather wallet will be on the cards. Just enough to store the essentials, some money, plastic cards of debt, ID, medical cards, etc.

Yes always use a wallet, got a new one as a prezzie last xmas it's a bit big for my front pocket but i'd never put a wallet in my back pocket, too many thieves.

I had a friend in college who for trips to the mall had a wallet just for thieves. It was beat-up, with just enough room inside for a packet of scent that would break when it was opened. He wanted to go with skunk, but we thought that was overkill, so he settled for elk urine. That wallet went in the back, his real wallet tucked inside his shorts.

I don't know how many mall trips wee made before it actually got stolen. When he realized it was gone, we all had fun imagining the thief opening it....

I used to have a cash envelope I'd pin inside my undies if I was carrying over a hundred bucks. Then came cargo pants, and now my wallet rides on my thigh, right where Bammer's head usually is.

I don't like a wallet in my back pocket because inevitably, if I put it there, my butt will itch -- right under the wallet. Besides, sitting on a wallet is unbalanced.

I used to make my own -- I miss it. Selling that leather tool set was the dumbest thing I ever did.

i use one. i put it in my front pocket as well. i actually made my own using duct tape. when it gets worn out, i just make a new one.

A lot of back pain can be blamed on sitting unbalanced on your wallet. Any chiropractor will discourage it.

I leave my wallet locked in my vehicle and only carry cash/cards that I am going to need.

Oh there are a couple of £10 notes, bank cards, taxi numbers, a photo of me and my sister who passed away in 1981, a £5 off voucher for WH Smiths, and two old sixpences - one dated 1953 and one dated 1954 - that were in a wallet my late mom gave me to ensure that the wallet would never be empty!

The coins get transfered to any new wallet I buy or am gifted. I've had the present one for fourteen years.

I just bought a new wallet earlier today when I was in Cheyenne, WY!!!

Its made by 3D Belt Co. out of Shulenberg, TX...

Here are a couple of photo's...

I've been looking at them the last couple of times I had been there this month -- and decided to finally splurge...
