Sorry wrote that when I was extremely sleep deprived so my editing might not have been on! What I was trying to say was all this fuss for that little plot of land?! Like it's so miniscule why is Russia even bothered by it!? Blink and you miss it! And the other thing I was saying is if countries really don't want to be hacked in the banking industry or in the electric grid then everything should be done on paper or on a Intranet this way it cannot be hacked by outside sources and banking and electric grids still function! Thats all I was saying! Stop having shit on the internet and you dont need to worry about the hacking!

Online transactions are much safer than paper checks. It’s harder to hack a computer system than to steal mail. Send a check out and I have instant knowledge of your bank, routing number, account number, full name and address and your signature.
