If you don't like it let him know you are uncomfortable with it. If he cares about you (not sure what lover means but I believe I have an idea) then he wouldn't want you to do something you don't feel comfortable doing.

You seem nice, but afflicted with minor a case of body dysmorphia all too common in the gay community. You have nice ass, but I wouldn't call you curvy, especially looking at your stomach.
Having a nice body is nice, hell it's GREAT!! But you seem physically healthy as far as weight is concerned and that should be what matters most.
Also, if you are concerned about this because you are trying to please your partner, mission accomplished, if it ain't broke don't fix it. It's a valiant effort, but your looks should be less important to him than your seemingly nice personality.
If you are doing this for yourself, accept that you have other assets than your ASSets. If you are trying to look better, make sure it's because you WANT to... not NEED to.
If you really are this nice and mature, you shouldn't need to trade on looks.

Look at me giving this preachy advice, I came here looking to GET some advice, lol.
