Was bait bus real?

I think its all fake.

But there are some more disturbing videos online. There are a lot of videos on youtube about jacking off passed out drunk men.

I know I'm going to come across as gullible, but I actually don't believe that it was 100% fake in it's earlier incarnation. Nowadays, indeed it comes across as very fake. They even used the same "straight" guy twice! The guys of today come off very differently than the guys that used to be on the site in terms of their looks (more pruned), mannerims (more feminine), and reactions (more staged). I believe, as it states on the Warning page under Terms and Conditions, that all of these men were performers, who had agreed to appear in a porno film. However, I am not entirely convinced that all of those men did in fact know that the film would be with another man. Some of the reactions were too genuine. A large number of the videos from earlier in the the site (2002, 2003) simply disappeared, some after only brief period on the site, and it makes me wonder why it was that they were taken off the site. Could it have been legal pressures from men who did in fact feel tricked? Sure, or it could've been something less obvious, like new federal requirements in record keeping with porn videos, and some of those videos failing to meet them. I don't know, but I do believe that some of those guys from the early days of Bait Bus really had no clue that they were going to be having sex with another man.

I read an article about the Bang Bus a few years back, told from the perspective of one of the girls who appeared on the site, and it actually to me lent some credence to the idea that the guys may not have known what they were getting into beforehand. The girl in the Bang Bus video knew she would be in a porn, but didn't know the specifics of it til the day of, and after the cameras started rolling, pretty much everything was unplanned and she didn't realize she would be degraded and treated as she was and wound up regretting the experience. It was actually a very sad story and it wouldn't surprise me some of the men shared it.

yeah, and if I'm not mistaken they steal the guys stuff at the end of about half their videos. If they really were doing that, they would've all been put in jail by now.
I thought they threw the guys stuff out the van door after they started driving off.

I highly doubt that more than 10% of all of those 'reality' porn sites are actually real.

I'd always thought Broke Straight Boys was fake, as with Bait Bus and GayFirstTime.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd always thought that Sean Cody and MaleNextDoor were real.

Some of those guys on the bait bus & Gay first time could have been seen in past years doing jerk off chat living at the boys condo.
I get a kick out of the Broke Straight Boys where the guy offers them pretty big increases to do another sex thing. "I'll tell you what suck his cock and I'll give you another $1,500", then the actor comes back "I'll do it for $2,000",... and the guy making the video says "okay thats $2,500 total and I can do it because its not my money, so you each get 2,500".

I knew Baitbus was fake just by one of the couples they had on there Bret & Grey. They havn't done a ton of stuff but they are a monogomous couple and have done bb on a couple of sites together. Same thing for Brokestraight boys etc, You'll see a lot of these "straight" guys on other sites.

wouldnt it be funny if there was a complete opposite gay guys gettin tricked and sucked by chicks:eek: hmmmm im making a new site brokegay guys](*,)

I recently rewatched the Danny one (the very first one ever, I think), and it came off rather genuine. The interactions, his reactions. A chill, laid back guy who was taken for a ride, literally and figuratively. Either he was a great actor, as were the other people, 'cause it didn't sound scripted.

I haven't watched too many Bait Bus videos, but the later ones are poorly acted and come off very fake. As onetimething stated, the first couple early ones did seem real, and the guys like Danny did appear like guys off the street. Even though Danny had a gorgeous face and dimpled smile, he didn't have a fit body or was at all manscaped; in fact he had a soft belly and a bush. The latter models are now required to be plucked and pruned and have 8-packs and bulging muscles -- your typical porn star.

Someone else mentioned that Bret & Grey were a real-life couple and had appeared in other stuff. Was Danny in anything else? Since I watched his video many years ago, I have tried to find him in other things, but all I get is his one and only Bait Bus video.

It looks so real, the str8 guys got angry and everything ....

Many of those straight boys can be found at broke college dudes or Broke Straight Boys I like the fucking in the Flea market by the same dude and he lines black thug types of with whites or Broke Straight Boys for sex in houses under construction.

All that is missing is the chubby Doctor.

They also do the glory hole with the female switch at the real porno shop.

Wow, this is an oldie but a goodie.

I'm learning that this is a place I leave most of humanity behind. The whole disconnect thing. I don't watch much (commercial) porn, but when I do, I don't give much thought as to whether it"s "real". It's a story meant to turn me on, and I'm either turned on or I'm not. And if I am, I accept that I'm turned on, I enjoy it at that level, and that's it. It doesn't matter to me if it's "real" or not. The images portrayed turned me on, I fapped, end of story.

But people seem to get emotionally involved in their entertainment, porn and otherwise. Not just at the "I really enjoyed it" or even the "it really had an effect on me" level. I wrote an online story once, and a fair chunk of people liked it. But I had a lot of them ask me "So when are you writing another chapter?" I said I wasn't planning on writing another one - I considered it finished. To which most of them said "But what happens next?" Which to this day I'm having trouble really wrapping my brain around. What happens next? Well, technically nothing, because I haven't written anything, and they don't exist beyond that spot in the story. Or perhaps "whatever you want". Maybe they all make a lot of money and live happily ever after. Maybe they all die in a fire the next day. I don't know - they're not real. Write your own ending, any way you want.

That's actually what I do, if I really like a show or movie or characters. I just move them along. I write sequels in my brain, or keep the story going. I push one character to the front, pull another one to the background, delete another one entirely. I treat them like action figures or chess pieces. I can knock them down, then pick them back up again. None of it's actually "happening", so it doesn't really matter. And that's true of porn, too. I can move the participants to a new room, or throw myself in between the two guys, or kick one of them out to the curb so I can have the other one all to myself. It's fantasyland.

But it seems most people don't seem to think along those lines. They apparently consider all entertainment to be "real", at least to the point that "there's one and only one linear history for these people/characters/porn actors".

Is Bait Bus real? No. But if you think it is, it just means the porn company is doing their job. :)

of course not. Not only have many of these "tricked" straight boys been on other sites but if you put a scene without permission, you'd get sued.
