I think it is pretty clear that Jimi Hendrix was more photogenic than Jim Morrison. And he was more photographed than Jim Morrison. He's proven to be more influential on music than Jim Morrison, and certainly his look has been copied, stolen, approximated, co-opted, borrowed, updated and admired far more than Jim Morrison.

But you are asking for someone more photogenic, and hands down Hendrix beats Morrison.
