Washington DC JUB meet?

Well, since I got tagged by damastes as coordinator I guess I need to coordinate.

OK, looks like so far we have 4:

- me
- damastes
- xyzabcguy
- Thad

In addition, dccanuck has told us that he might come too. It looks like the most popular choices right now to start off are Brickskeller, or ESPNZone if any 18-21 year olds come (restonboi, you coming or not?) I say wait for confirmation that underagers are coming by, say, Thursday PM, and plan accordingly.

As for shirts, XL for me please.
 
I got a PM from restonboi saying that he will most likely come. Thus, why don't we plan to meet at ESPNZone at, say, 6 PM?

How does that sound to everyone?

Have fun guys, and keep in mind that somebody has to reenact the Bravojohnny/Soilwork kiss. it may not be as hot ;) but let's keep it a tradition lol.........

Yeah, Metro Center is closest. It's not too far, although I haven't been in a while.

Well, it ended up being a very small meetup. I have to say that it didn't feel like much of an official JUB meet given that damastes, dccanuck, and I are neighbours and get together anyway. But Thad1527 joined us, and it was a good time all around. We met up at ESPNZone in downtown DC for drinks and dinner; we were going to play in the game room downstairs but it was closed due to an unfortunate incident.

Damastes took some pics, which I'm sure he will post pending approval of the subjects involved.

I'm definitely up for trying again, but it would be nice to get more people together next time.

Hehehehehehe...... I wish :-) No, those were the Corbin Fisher boys. I did get my pic taken with Logan, but it was off my crappy cell phone camera (with no flash).
 
Any more plans for a DC meet? I missed your last but it sounds fun!
