Yes, Wisconsinites are still mad at Scott Walker. H/t to Wonkette for this video which shows attendees at the opening of the state fair drowning out their governor with chants of "shame" and more.

I tried to get the video from Alternet and Youtube but couldn't get either one to work. So here is the video link. It's great.

Priceless.

Hopefully the Koch Bros. dirty tricks won't be able to save him.

I don't understand why you guys don't like Gov. Scott Walker. He isn't anti-gay. He is against high taxes and favors economic policies that will help all Americans, including gay people.

He also passed pro-gay legislation by approving concealed carry laws in Wisconsin, which gives gay people more security because we can be armed to defend ourselves from gay bashers.

Awesome video. I'm proud of Wisconsinites.

I love this comment on the video...lol

Nobody knew when he said "Wisconsin is open for business" he meant our anus.

That's a bit of a stretch, ain't it? To say his motivation was to allow gays to protect themselves?

To me it looks like he is putting up more barriers than tearing down.

Jay, how does stripping union rights benefit all Americans?

Jay, how does stripping union rights benefit all Americans?

I believe that unions are important in ensuring that employees are being treated fairly, and that laws regarding fair treatment of employees (such as breaks, holidays, etc) are followed. But when union influence becomes too strong to the point of choking businesses & forcing them to pay out exhorbitant costs in healthcare coverage & pensions -- unions need to be kept in check too. Furthermore, businesses will flee to states with less union control, to make higher profits. As a result, all of those "union people" can be part of a union, but they won't have enough companies around to hire them. This is happening already in the "rust belt" of the upper midwest. Many major manufacturers (automobiles, electronics, furniture, computers) have moved to the Southern states, and people have followed them -- but without the excessive union domination.

Furthermore, unions can be detrimental to high quality of services. One of my friends who works as a manager for an airline at a local airport tells me how frustrating it is dealing with unruly or incompetent employees because the unions will make it difficult to fire any employee, even if the employee is a total flake & goof-off. We see it in our public schools, where incompetent teachers stay in their jobs simply because they have "tenure" and the teacher's union will put up a stink even to fire a horrible teacher, who only reads the newspaper & sleeps in the classroom or teacher's lounge.

He WILL, however, beg you to bury your throbbing, veiny manstick in his curryhole. Then, he'll want to move to an upscale gated community and bear a baker's dozen of your buttbabies.

Nice.

Well, if you want to get specific, I want to move with my future husband to Westchester County, New York. We will live in a nice suburban community, preferably built by Toll Brothers. My dream husband will take the subway to work in Manhattan, and I will take care of our home & our kids in Westchester. And at night, I will always offer my "curryhole" for my husband to f*ck (because I'm a total bottom).

I've even picked out our dream community! (I don't know if it's gated?)

"Westchester Estates at Wilson Park" (I like the way that sounds....lol)

Business have been fleeing South all of my life and when they thought the non-unionized southern workers cost too much the jobs went to Mexico and China.

You pay workers and add a reasonable profit and come up with a price. No prices have gone down with these supposed savings. All that has gone up is less workers and more profit.

:rotflmao: Not anti-gay?

He has prevented same sex couples from having hospital visitation rights. Such right had been granted to Wisconsin gay couples in a 2009 domestic partnership law (back when Democrats controlled the legislature).

Furthermore, he has asked a judge to declare Wisconsin's same sex partners law unconstitutional. That would remove rights which Wisconsin gay couples now enjoy of making end of life decisions for a partner or inheriting a partner's property.

Scott Walker isn't merely anti-gay, he's anti-human. As the website "Dangerous Minds" says, "SCOTT WALKER, THE GOVERNOR OF WISCONSIN, IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING".

Of course, that's assuming Walker actually is human.

You're so delusional its actually quite endearing. Did you know that Wilson Park is in Tarrytown, NY. Here's the political breakdown in Tarrytown:

Registered voters in Tarrytown, NY by party:
Democrat 63.390%
Republican 35.790%

http://prudentialcentennial.com/tarrytown-ny-details-and-demographics/

Almost 2 to 1 Democrats to Republicans, how would you stand it?

By the way, Toll Brothers houses are shit, they are ugly monstrosities (but they do pay for the Metropolitan Opera's radio broadcasts, so that's a good thing).

The subway doesn't go to Tarrytown. Your husband would have to take the train.

You remind me of a young, gay, male Blanche DuBois.

I don't want realism. I want magic!

The one thing good Scott Walker has done was unite Democrats and other lovers of freedom. I have never seen a governor hated as much as this man is. I've already commented about a friend of mine who was very non-political become a raging Democrat because of Scott Walker. When ever I speak to her on the phone all she does is talk about what a dictator he is and how she is working for the recall elections.

He will be recalled and humiliated, as well as he should be. After he and the other Republicans are kicked out of office Wisconsin will get back to it's senses. The Koch brothers and their millions will lose.

Hey, don't knock Toll Brothers. I live in a Toll Brothers house in California. It was so much fun helping my parents pick their lot, and then the floorplan, and finally the appliances, paint scheme and carpets & tile & wood & trim.........(that should have been their first clue I was gay.....)

My bedroom is the "princess suite" (that's what Toll Brothers actually calls it, on their floorplan).

toll brothers

what the...

don't you people believe in buying a house with old bones? I love a house with a personality of its own
