Watching Brad

bblbfucker,
Welcome to JUB and the story board.
I hope you check out Neil's other stories, as well as the panoply of prose on offer.

If you want some "live" interaction, of a social bantering and generally good-natured ball busting, check out fun and games, forum, too.

Hoping that you are ok and that we might be seeing more to this truly AWESOME story.
Your fans are waiting, we can't wait for another chapter!
Thanks for writing we all appreciate it!

Thanks

Rumour has it, Neil has been working on SOMETHING - whether it's Brad or one of his other stories, I'm not sure.

He was tweaking, and wound up going from building a bird's nest to the Pentagon - his words, not mine.

And, I don't know when it will be to where he approves it for our consumption.

But, at least you know he IS working on stories!

Neil i have read watching brad with great interest and at page 66 i find there is no more chapters have a just caught up or are there further chapters to ome it is a fantstic story and i almost thouht of it like a soap opera expecting and looking forward to the next chapter

I so hope there is more to come

Dean,
Welcome to Brad. Neil's still working on his stories - it just takes him longer these days.

^ It's not abandoned. None of my stories are. Writing is still difficult, but I keep plugging away bit by bit. I wish it were otherwise, but life simply isn't cooperating. I have no intention of stopping, though. The stories are just as important to me as they are to you.

Neil
All I can say is the wait will be worth it... This is a fantasic story and so descriptive you can picture yourself there

I know from when I wrote a few stories in the past how time consuming it is both from the creative side and it being just how you want it to come accross
along with general work and life too

You could quite easily publish this story - there is so much scene setting and story no just sex which is fantastic

Well Done Fella

I finally managed to read through all of the chapters of Watching Brad, which I stumbled onto back in October or November 2011. Absolutely fantastic writing skills. Love the fact that Brad has found his voice and isn't afraid to use it. Can't wait to see how the rest of this adventure unfolds.

Neil - Just a quick note to say I hope things are going better and that you are O.K. We miss you, guy. (*8*) RBRCNDR

^ Thanks. I would be lying if I said things are going 'better'. Just assume that they're not and probably never will again. That's life.

But I haven't given up on you. Not in the least. In fact, I'm jumping back and forth between 2 stories. When I get hung up on one, I switch to the other. I'll have one of them ready to post eventually.

Stay tuned. It will happen.

Neil it's taken me about 12 months to read this story off and on (I'm pretty sure it took around that, life kinda took me and I moved countries and dipped in now and again) the past few days I decided to head for the end sadly due to your health the posts of story diminshed so it didn't take as long as reading the first pages.

Firstly this story is so amazing, I shall be honest and say you should consider taking what you have further, and perhaps one day someone will assemble a Neil compendium of some kind with your stories.

It sounds a bit silly but what you can PM about it. I am interested in your health issues as such, I mean I don't know what therapies you've considered, if you lived in the UK I'd recommend seeing my mum (she's a VERY good Osteopath).

I am glad to hear that you're still able to write and such. Have you considered some other way of writing and getting someone to convert it? I mean dictating the stories perhaps and someone can write them up? Or using one of those new fangled art pad things to actually write it with your hand rather than using a keyboard (I don't know if it's the fact you have to sit at a keyboard that's part of the problem).

I will look forward to hearing more though this story is very important to me as it reflects so much on my life with my own Tiger...he's in the armed forces and spends long periods of time away from home, so reading this gives me the feelings and I can reflect on the thoughts I have with him. Right now he's been away for 2 years, but this story has helped me a lot.

This is probably my 1st and only post here, I don't know I tend not to get bogged down in community I'm a natural loner though I love being in company, yes I know a contradiction! But then I'm weird and quirky...I mean heck I've been waiting 2 years for my man to come home. Though he's nothing like Brad well at least in some ways, ha.

I look forward to reading more of you work in the future, and I'm glad the clouds lift from time to time. Also I have cousins who live in Toronto she's married to her partner I also love it when I read her status updates sometimes and she mentions Tim Hortons I think of this story. So it's a powerful story to relate that way.

I am happy to hear that your thorn has left! Now you can get a much needed rest.
I have to admit that once I was a fanatic about Brad. I checked every day for updates.
But something happened and I got distracted, with good cause. My partner had some
heart issues and we moved from Central Texas to the Texas Coast. It is now 2013?
I can't believe I missed that many chapters. I'm up to 221. However, I just went through
some chapters and it appeared the last chapter I read was 206, so I don't have too
many to get caught up to. Funny thing, as I was reading 206 it appears that I haven't
forgotten about what was going on.Anyway, Neil, take care of yourself and let us
in on the other story.:=D:

Neil - I guess I'm your newest fan, to comment anyway. I only discovered your incredible story two weeks ago. I have read nothing else in my spare time since. I literally cried when I got to the concluding (so far) chapter - I wanted it to go on and on and on. I, like most of your fans, am in love with Brad - if only he could be based upon a real, live person instead of your marvelous creation. I think most of wish we could experience an incredible human being like him. My best wishes to you and obviously my hopes that you can pick up and continue your writings again some day. Regards....

Truxton,
Welcome. Neil has a few other stories around the forum for your reading enjoyment, too.

Neil, I love your story. I know it takes you long to write, but I am glad you are writing. Thank you for writing and thank you for continuing to write.

Well Thankyou for a very nice story , Its the best story in which I have read for sometime now.

Always a pleasent suprise awaits with every Chapter
You keep up this writing , look after yourself and best wishes from NZ

I have yet to read the remaining 100 chapters, but this far all I can do is applaud. *slow clap*

Astounding writing skills, Neil. Moving and exciting plot-twists. A work of art. Thank you for the privilege of reading this masterpiece.
