hal thought that he did, but since then sinestro found himself imprisoned in the central battery until he escaped. sinestro has just recently formed his own group of warriors armed with the same quardian built ring such as his own. they are the self-stylized 'sinestro corps' and are going after the guardians and the lanterns themselves. the story is only now unfolding in the gl comic book this summer. it should be a pretty good read!
