you have a valid question and i can only venture that in klingon society, furniture making was not held in as high a regard as say... weapons or ship building.

in my geek heart of hearts i would aspire to be vulcan in my demeanor. however i must admit that i am more like a klingon. if there is anything good to be derived from that is that i am very passionate as klingons tend to be. if you recite more poetry you might find out for yourself.
