Wedding Wars on A&E

Watching it as well.

Eric Dane plays the brother.

This was a really good movie. I'm impressed! I lost count of the number of times I laughed aloud! I can't wait to see it again. A nice little feel-good movie.

I really enjoyed this movie... I even cried at the end when he sing Ben to his brother at the end.....

What a beautiful movie! And is John Stamos gay? Why didn't I know this? And gosh, that movie had so much bulge...::Mouth Waters.:: I want to buy this film!

Beautiful story, and a fabulous movie production to tell it.

I applaud how well-educated the political/philosophical research was behind writing the script, and the imagination to portray a surreal "gays on strike" world.

It had enough light comedy to appeal to the masses, with a few thoughtful points.

Should there be a catch phrase coming out of this, I hope it's Stamos' speech about gays not wanting to destroy marriage, but strengthen and perhaps renovate it.

In addition to the replay at 1 a.m., it's being encored

I want to buy this film, too

Stamos isn't gay where his wife, Rebecca Romijn, is concerned, but takes rumors in stride with a laugh

Stamos and Dane Team Up for ‘Wedding Wars’
November 21, 2006

Two of the sexiest doctors on primetime TV are teaming up, and only “Extra” has the full scoop on their new TV movie.

“ER’s” newest hunk John Stamos stars as a gay wedding planner in the original A&E movie, “Wedding Wars.” “Grey’s Anatomy” stud Eric Dane plays Stamos’ straight brother.

“[It’s] a light, frothy romantic comedy with, obviously, an important message,” Stamos explained.

When “Extra” caught up with John on the set of “ER,” we were the first to show him this week’s issue of the gay and lesbian magazine, The Advocate, with John as the cover boy promoting the movie.

But just how concerned is he about the magazine’s headline, which says, “Would You Take This Man?” Let’s just say he doesn’t sweat it.

“I don't care what anybody says,” Stamos insisted. “It was funny; I got a call today from someone who said that there was a big debate in some hair salon because I was on the cover. They said, ‘Exactly, we knew he was gay. Isn't he gay?’ The girls were saying, ‘No, he's not gay!’ I'm proud to be on it.”

John’s cover boy issue of The Advocate hits newsstands Tuesday, and “Wedding Wars” premieres Dec. 11 on A&E.

What ever happend to the GAY thing that was suppose to happen a few days ago?

Did I miss it?

It's on again Saturday night at 10 PM.

Thanks. Unfortunately, that's the day I'm moving. Not sure we'll have the cable turned on by then.

Was anyone else looking at Eric Dane in the blue sweater with the tee-shirt underneath thinking how incredibly sexy that looked on him? It just made his shoulders look massive.

Thanks for the pictures, Sonny. I had to click on the links to see them, but they were worth clicking.

Did anyone else catch the irony of the straight wedding planner coming up with something so totally outlandish and unacceptable and 'so gay' for the wedding? It was all the gay stereotypes rolled into one. And then, at the end, all the gays made everything perfect.

The movie could have been such a farce in the wrong hands, but I think everyone felt there was a message to be sent, and I believe they succeeded.
