WEHT Workin' Men Videos and Joe Schmoe?

Does anyone know whatever happened to two porn studios: Workin' Men Videos and Joe Schmoe? These two were not your average gay sites. Workin Men started off as a small Readers Digest-sized pamphlet called Southern Cumfort featuring redneck older (usually straight) men who put out for money. SC morphed into videos with a huge output. The owner was a guy named Buddy, who spoke about health problems he had, so I wonder if he is still around. Joe Schmoe seemed to be active until about a year or two ago, featuring straight trashy guys who were usually (but not always) younger. The site was run by two middle-aged guys (one black, one white)who participated in lots of sex with their models. Then all of a sudden, no new scenes produced. Anybody have any info on what happened?
 
According to GEVI, Peter Le started Workin' Men XXX in 2008 and sold it to Danny Zeeman in 2017. The list of movies - 68 entries are shown - all carry the title 'Real Men' and are mostly solos. Here is the link and if you click the titles they will tell you if the video is available 'to buy or view' at the top ...
