I looked into the Alli pill and it just did not seem worth the price. Also, if you eat too much fat at a meal, you had better be really close to a bathroom. It expels excess fat from your body that you consumed in a meal - just seems to make more sense to go to a gym and watch what you eat. At least that is the route that I took, because also at the gym you will tone your body.

you should go to a dietitian to help you out....i wanted to loss weight so i'm going to a dietitian and so far with this program and herbs he gives me i lost 44 pounds....

I'm sure you've also been very dedicated and worked hard for such a success too.

Congrats!

well thnx....sure i had to be dedicated ,but it was easier than i thought....way easier than i thought (in my head for some reason sticking to the program that he gave me seem it might be a hard thing...but it turned out ok..)....but again nothing comes without a lot of dedication and hard work...

Kain....

Don't waste your money on a Gym membership and don't waste your money on seeing a Dietician.

A Consultation with your Primary Physician about a Diet and exercise plan is just as good. People think their Primary Physician is there just when we get a serious cold or the Flu. Your Primary Physician can consult with you on a diet plan and your Insurance pays for it..Don't WASTE extra dollars on Dieticians..

To SAVE money all you need to do is walk 30-min a day to start. Drink 8 to 10 Glasses of water EVERY day. Water is the KEY to great health and a slimmer body. Change the way you prepare your meals. Start baking meat products, cut back on processed foods. Cut-back on junk food, sodas, Burgers, pizzas..

It's all about moderation. You know what your guilty-pleasures are, just do it in moderation and not every day. Blend in exercising and a healthier way of preparing your meals and the weight will drop.

Years ago when I decided to drop some pounds; I spoke with my Primary Physician she advised me to increase my Water intake, start exercising at a slow pace, then slowly build as the months go by, & change the way I prepare my meals. I HATED drinking water. I couldnt drink 8 glasses a day so for a few weeks I drank 4 Glasses a day, then went up to 5, then 6, then 8. I had to CHANGE at my pace and it worked. To go from drinking ZERO glasses of water a day to 4 glasses a day was a MAJOR step for me & my body. My Body thanked me.

I dropped the pounds I needed to drop and I didnt have to buy a Gym membership to do it..I used my Living room floor and the Park as my Gym...And I was determined to eat & drink healthier and still add in my "guilty-pleasure" foods in moderation.

well it depends ... if he knows what he needs to change but isn't doing it maybe what he need is something else and someone else to push him on a bit....and to be honest to each his own method...you found ur way i found mine and MoltenRock has his .....he needs to think what's the method that most suites him and to go for it...coz i ,for example, knew what i was doing was wrong....i had classes all day didn't eat a thing and when i got home at around 8-9 pm i would then eat what was suppose to be my dinner.....that made me gain in weight.....

the problem was that i wasn't able to get out of that routine coz i'm still in college and it's still hectic and i just didn't have the energy or power to reorganize my time...and didn't have the time to go every day to the gym and when i did i just didn't like going alone and the rate i was losing weight in didn't motivate me enough...
so for me the small push that i got from this diet was all i needed.....i lost weight faster, which made me even more determined to stick to this diet and lose more...

kaineroz, what i'm saying is there are many ways....you just need to see what suites you and do it….but it might help if you talk to someone professional coz each body reacts differently…

and by the way…30 min a day isn’t enough….you have to do minimum 55 min, only then well you get the needed effect for the heart as well….

Buy the Southbeach diet and stick to it. It's healthy and it works just fine for the amount you need to lose. Ali averages about 10lbs weight loss in 1 year and you can never, ever trust a fart to be only a fart while you're on that medication!

oily poops....that's how you loose the weight on Alli...lol....if you eat too much fat on it...phew....you won't get much done...you'll be in the bathroom a lot

Read Dr. Timothy Brantley's book The Cure. Get as much raw fruits and vegetables into your diet as possible. Also, fresh vegetable juice every day (get a juicer) to clean out the toxins lining your intestines.

Also look into getting "miracle berry" pills online. You dissolve one in your mouth and it takes all the sourness out of sour fruits. You'll be eating more grapefruit before you know it (I hate grapefruit, and I devoured half of one after having one of those pills. It was like dessert!) I dissolve a pill every morning, then I have warmed up oatmeal with raw milk and blueberries, no added sugar. The blueberries are very sweet and delicious.

The best advise from above is the stuff that doesn't cost any money. Get fresh food and lots of it, specially vege. except on the meat section. Try keeping the amount you spend on meat the same by go for small quality cuts instead of bulk.

Don't worry to much about fad diets, if it has a book it's wrong.
the diet industry want you to stay overweight.

So as well as freshening your diet and increase your exercise.

Find whatever exercise suits you probably not just one thing either. Your body is an adaption machine it's very good at doing something as efficiently as possible if you let it. So also have fun new and interesting challenges up your sleeve to shake things up. If going to the gym and doing weights it is worth a few sessions with a personel trainer, just to get your form right.

Those spin/rpm/cycle classes at the gym are a lot of fun but hard work too.

Exercise means you sleep better and have more energy to boot.

And drink lots of water.
Above all if any of my advice doesn't seem to suit you then ignore it.
