Yeah, yet another one, however, this one is almost on the opposite end of the scale. I weighed myself yesterday while I was at the gym and I found that I weight 73.5 kilos, I've lost about 7 kilos in the last three weeks.
Now, I've been told that's not healthy, but I'm not sure what to do. My mother (A physiotherapist) told me what to buy, essentially high energy foods so her baby boy doesn't fade away, but I'm wondering exactly what made me lose so much weight to begin with.
I recently moved away from home, and started Uni, so I suppose it could be stress, except that I haven't been stressing at all. I dunno. Any ideas?

Sometimes it is the diabetes that causes one to lose weight unexpectedly or without trying.

It's not diabetes, that one I'm sure of. I had a blood test last last month, and I doubt it developes that quickly.

away from home !!!
No one cooks for you, too busy, less food to eat therefore loose weight.

lol, I took four years of food Tech in High School, two of which were earning my Hospitality Certificate 1, so I can cook. Though it could well be the case, I've found I've been less hungry when I've been down here.

Are you walking and/or playing around more in your new surroundings than you were at home? How has your daily routine changed since you moved away? It may just be a simple case of input/output. It might be the water or the scale at the gym is off. If you continue to lose weight then you might want to go see a doc.

I do a bit more walking, and eat less junk food. I personally wasn't overly surprised at the weight loss, but my mother said it was too much too soon.

i was basically right. :)
too busy, eat less, more active walking ... etc. its all good i think.

My mother told me, and being a physiotherapist and training to be a Sports Therapist, she would probably not. It's not the weight loss I'm concerned about, I like that, it's just apparently it's not that good to lose that much that quickly. It's particularly scary when I realised it was about 10% of my entire body weight...
I'm going to the gym every day though between classes at Uni, so hopefully the weight gain from muscles should kick in.
