weird Leopard issue

So at Fratmen we're starting to hear from some customers who've switched to Leopard that they can't sign in to Fratmen. The system doesn't allow them to use their username/password. A few tell us that their Tiger machines work just fine so we know it's Leopard specific.

Anyone else having problems with this kind of thing and know a solution?
 
Strange. Is everyone who is having the problem using Safari? I think it is most likely to be Safari than Leopard (Leopard includes Safari V3). You could suggest people try Firefox until the problem is fixed.

Unfortunately there have been no replies.

I did try creating a protected directory on my VM Windows Server and connecting to it from Leopard but didn't get any problems.
 
It seems to be any browser, not just Safari, but I'll keep looking.

I'll let our mac users know.

We're one of the few big sites that support Macs and we want to keep it that way.

I'm on 10.4.11 which updated Safari to 3.0.4. I have an old G4. If you wanna gimme a username and password we will soon find out if it is Safari or 10.5.

I'm smooth aren't I.

Really I'm headed off to South Beach at the crack of sparrow shit tomorrow so I wouldn't have time to *enjoy* it.;)

I'm running Leopard on a Powerbook G4 and a MacPro. Not currently subscribing to Fratmen (I have in the past) so I can't test it directly, but all other authentication sites I use are working as normal, inc Corbin Fisher.

If there's something I can do to check it out for you, let me know.
