Weird Penal Bump

Hey everyone... I just have a quick question that hopefully somebody can help me out with. I tried an online search and could not find too much information.

Lately, I have noticed that after ejaculation, my penis sometimes will have almost a slight burning sensation for about 20 minutes afterwards. I think this could be related to something else about my penis that I noticed...

Right next to my penal hole on one side, there is what I would describe as a bump. It is not visible, but you can certainly feel it if you press down on it. There is no bump on the otherside. When I put pressure on this bump/inflammed area, it is fairly painful. It has gotten to the point where my penis experiences a fair amount of discomfort even if its just rubbing against my boxers as I walk down the street.

Does anybody have any clue as to what could be going on? Is there any information I'm leaving out that can help with an explanation as well?

Also, from what I read online about the burning after ejaculation sometimes, it seemed that this wasn't consistent of an STD... but nobody else mentioned anything about a "bump" or inflammation that was not visible.
 
I think it's more likely to be something relatively harmless, like a cyst or a wart than something more serious, like cancer... but in any case it would be better to have it looked at. Make an appointment to see your doctor.
 
I immediately was confused as to whether it was a penile bump (protrusion on the penis) or penal bump and had something to do with hot stuff in prison.

See a doctor.
 
Burning sensations within the penis is not good. The bump inside maybe something that is related to the burning, or another symptom. You should go to see a doctor immediately, or visit a Sexual Health Centre. Go on line and see which one is closest to you. Better safe than sorry. Also, you may have to do the responsible thing and tell your partners about what problems you have had so they can get checked up too...
 
everything came back negative and they told me they have no idea what it could be.

I guess that means it's not any infection sti or otherwise, so that's good, but I'd still like to know what it was causing the pain... do you still feel it or has it subsided?

... and was it a general practitioner or urologist that you went to?
