Weirdest thing someone said to you when you told them you were gay.

I was home visiting my parents for Christmas and New Years. I got up early and made breakfast the day I was leaving. As everyone was finishing;
Me: I have some news for you.
Dad: Ok, go ahead.
Me: I'm Gay.
Dad: Ok. . . . I kinda suspected that.

He went on to ask if I was seeing someone and I told him about my partner and finally my mother speaks up and says:

Hey! I've got a question! (directed towards my father) Ask him how they do it!
Dad: NO!!

After my dad went to work my mother tried to ask me several times how the sex works, including asking if it hurts. It turned out to be not a big deal for them. I still need to come out to my sister. Hopefully that will be soon and I can share that story, although I don't think it will go as well.

Friend: Yeah, yeah. But you still like girls, right?


Me: So, you're super religious, right?
Friend: Uh, I guess.
Me: And you know I'm gay, right?
Friend: I kinda thought so, but wasn't sure.

My sister: "Oh thank god! I would of felt so bad if you were straight!" (because i am quite feminine.)

Me: "Mom, Dad, I'm gay."
Dad: "Well no shit son, now what's for dinner?"
Mom: "I'm so happy you finally told us, now when is our first shopping date?"

I remember my Uncle asking me if I was gay, I was balling my eyes out crying after answering yes, I can't remember what I said to get this repose

I LMFAO at this seriously my Uncle couldn't care if ur gay straight or bi. He gave me the strength I needed to come out. Please believe me this was not said to offend it was all in jest.

This conversation happened when I told my friend via text the other night and I remembered this thread so i have to add this
Me: *a few minutes after telling him* did you ever suspect btw?
Friend: I did not. i'm about as naive as a blonde in a horror movie "Is that a knife? Oh shit its flying towards me, maybe I should move, na. Dead"

I was cracking up for at least 15 minutes after that
