Introduction/ 1st Post Well....Hello There!

lol, this post is a surreal venture for me.
I have very little experience with social sites; mostly 'cause I do not view myself as a SOCIAL person.
I dont engage with the Facebook scene, I think I "doom-scroll" more than anything with the FaceBook (usually while occupying the "crapper")
I hope to change some of my engagement skills here; make acquaintances and even friends hopefully.
I am embracing some new ideas. Ive brushed across this forum lightly. I'd say mostly to get a better feel for how to proceed...
Maybe I can get 'stuff' sorted out.
So what is next? Because I feel late to the party, with no skills at maneuvering through or around...
I struggle with NOT wanting to make errors or missteps. I have no significant experience with a platform such as this, or any platform truly.
So... here goes...

I'm MSG_Otter.w/Ardour (I thought that was cute at first, now I am doubting) I have to be careful; Ive started a new job 4 months ago, that is a Far Cry from being as active as my last career, and I find I'm building a bear-belly pretty quickly (for me, that is not a great choice. genetics and family medical history are a bit stacked toward diabetes)
