You have to get away from these people, preferably without them knowing how to find you. You should cut off all contact with your sister and her worthless thug of a boyfriend.

Do it soon. In fact, you probably shouldn't go back to your current place alone. You need a new phone number, which you should give out only to people who swear they won't give it to anyone, especially your sister.

UGH - this is really quite a drama.

You need to do a few things:

1 - Stop talking to your sister for a while - just stop and this should let the drama subside a bit.

2 - Find another place to live for a few weeks, perhaps a few nights at a time until he moves out.

3 - If you do have to call the police - don't tell them that you are calling - let it be a surprise.

4 - Stop interacting with him whether it is in a civil manner or knocking on the door because they are too loud - just ignore them and if you can't ignore him, see number 2 above.

5 - Stop enabling this situation - see all points above and the situation will eventually go away. Besides - wasn't he supposed to move out.

I have to agree, and I'm amazed at how readily and rabidly so many of you guys stand in support of Swiffer even though you're only getting his side of the story, and when even that doesn't paint him in a particularly flattering light. As uncouth as his sister's boyfriend may be, our Swiffer comes off as more than a little abrasive himself, which has almost certainly helped fuel this escalating situation.
 
So, you can text message your sister but her hanging up on you is important enough for you to put yourself in such danger? I'm confused.
