Yes... choir has a half weekend retreat; Friday night, all day Saturday. We don't really retreat anywhere as such, though back before I ever joined, they did use to go off somewhere out of the city.

Now, we just go to a different venue IN the city rather than our usual rehearsal space as our usual space is otherwise spoken for over the weekends.

So, tonight it was from 7:30Pm to 9:30PM. Tomorrow, it's singing and socializing in the AM followed by a potlatch lunch, then more singing and socializing in the PM until about 4:00PM then we're done.

However, afterwards, I got a ride home from a fellow tenor, and we stopped at Superstore so I could pick up some extra scented, clumping litter for Onyx, and I bought a largish choco bar with almonds for Ariel, and one with hazelnuts for me. OH the excitement!!!

1 pm -- meeting friends from high school for lunch to celebrate one of their birthdays.
