  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Well, THAT was helpful

Lol. I've gotten that before. It said likely scam

I know on sprint you could report scammers and telemarketers and when they got enough reports they'd tag the ID

The only callers I get on my land line are con artists. Anyone who knows me calls my mobile number.

Same here. Our landline caller ID is connected to the TV's in the house. We get ("SPAM?") all the time.I thought SPAM was only for the internet or for breakfast when you're out of bacon.

Trump will soon be able to deliver messages to every cellphone in the US.

Spam is now basically any advertisement
eMail spam, Web-spam, TV spam, Radio spam ......
(then ofcourse there still is that original type of spam)

I am on the do not call list so I don't have those kind of calls.

We have also gotten calls from "Invalid number". We are also on the Do Not Call List but it doesn't seem to make any difference. In the past we have given to a charity or two over the phone and several times to Democratic candidates, so besides the scammers, we get numerous calls each day, about eight or more. We had to stop answering the phone and most don't leave a message.

Still get them, even being on the list.
Unless I recognize the number or name, I won't answer it...if its actually someone real/important they can leave a message.

Maybe I have been lucky then. Since I have been on it I think I get one random a year.
