I'll second that. A name becomes sexy to me when it's the name of a sexy guy. My best friend when I was a student in Florence was a handsome and affectionate (in the way straight ragazzi are affectionate) guy named Andrea (accent on the penultimate syllable) so that name is high on the list. About a decade later I had a summer romance in Rome with as sexy a guy as I've ever known named Luca, and I'd put that at the top.
