The chemical the Joker fell into permanently dyed his hair green. What about his pubic hair? Are his pubic hair also green? Asking for a friend.

I was at a swimming hole once when a kid came down the trail carrying an ice chest. I noticed him because his hair was emerald green, and in that first glance I could tell his armpit hair was also green. I asked him just how thorough he'd been, and his answer was to pull down his shorts far enough to show emerald green public hair.

The answer must be yes, since it's fantasy, not fact. Hair cannot yet be reprogrammed to grow a different color since it is determined by genes, not ephemeral chemistry. Your hair can go white from the absence of pigment, which may well be induced, but a change of color isn't known outside puberty and the natural evolution of color attendant.

I asked ChatGPT:

That’s a fair (and oddly specific) question given how detailed comic book lore can be.

In most versions of Batman canon, it's implied that the chemical bath the Joker fell into caused a full-body transformation—white skin, green hair, and red lips. Though comics rarely (if ever) go into details about his body hair, the logical inference would be: yes, if his scalp hair turned green due to a full-body chemical exposure, then all of his hair, including pubic hair, would likely be green as well—unless somehow protected or unaffected (which isn’t supported by canon but could be argued for comedic or stylistic reasons).

The Joker’s appearance has varied across different adaptations, so some creative interpretations might leave that ambiguous or skip the detail entirely

For some reason, the joker seems like he would be the kind of guy that would be completely hairless but when he lets his bush grow he would dye it to be super colorful and would do some fun design with his manscaping.
