Find the cause, is there a physical reason? Some medications can create havoc with ones sex life. Emotional stress can also give your libido a bad time. Not forgetting age also slowing things down a bit.
Apart from visit your doctor, the only thing I'd suggest is to go easy on yourself, try not to let this rule your life. Don't bother with sex for a while.
Your doctor is the best place to start.
