Mentally they were the worst for me, I was in excellent physical shape and a hairs breath from the cheese sliding off of my cracker. The older I get the better it seems to be.

20s are more careless and wasted, while 30s is the period when you start to be more responsible while still learning a lot. 40s and 50s are probably the most fulfilling periods because life is stable, confidence is in check for most and the energy, physical condition require more effort, but still pretty good results are achievable. Anyway, it is a subjective thing. Some age quickly and some remain youthfull due to influence of various factors. Let's enjoy this moment, this day because it never comes back again.(*8*)
