You've never been to a nude beach, have you.

No kidding! I think I've been the youngest person at every American nude beach I've ever stepped foot on.

I am sure it's the older folks. As you get older, you tend to not give a dang about what anybody thinks. So, you go naked. XD
In other words, as you get older you stop believing the lies that your body has to be hidden and can't be enjoyed, and that the opinions of others actually determine whether or not you're worth something.
Yeah but clothes do good things even on the nude beach. That sun will wreck havoc on your largest organ, it has no favorites even if you don't burn you need to shield your skin from the sun. Then there are the terrible sand fleas, mosquito, nats or no-see-ems and chigger bugs. Nothing can tear the hell out of you even through clothes like a salt water tiger mosquito and give you maybe Dengue fever. Even the harshest DEET bug spray is used and you don't want to get that on your balls or in your asshole.
Not to mention the dread sand spurs that coat the dunes on the way to the nude beach if you are barefoot. Or possible shells, glass and in the water you have skates or jellyfish.
I know what a red devil jellyfish sting feels like on my ass and on my balls, likely it wouldn't have been as bad with shorts on.
One evening at sunset as we picked up or beach things I notice my friend had a smallish snake crawling across his white shoe but he didn't note it. I took a closer look at it was a pygmy rattlesnake. Had he been barefoot he would have felt it on his foot and moved to get it off with a certain bite. But the shoe clothed him and the snake moved on across his foot neither knowing the other was there.
Clothes have there place and I have to think nature intended us to protect ourselves with them by using our brain.
