Right now I'm on here Jubbing, killing time until the world opens up for business, so I can do all the crap I have to take care of.
 
Just finished breakfast. Went to I-Hop to get an omelet. Last time it was so big that I cut it in threes and had it for three breakfasts. I am half-heartedly on a diet so I decided to eat only a fourth of it this time. I'll have it for the next three days. I-Hop was busier than normal and the motel parking lots had more than the usual cars because of the eclipse. After today I have movies to go to downtown for the rest of the week. The Cleveland International Film Festival is going on and I am seeing thirteen films plus streaming one to my computer the week after.
 
Just back from the Big Smoke....had to go to the city to pick up a piece of artwork and managed to scoot home before it gets dark out :ROFLMAO:
 
Just back in the house from watching the eclipse. Pretty darn cool. And neato and spiffy and rad! and chill. :)
 
Stuck in the office today...and it is a nice sunny day.
 
Talk of cookies reminds me that I saw some vegan cupcakes on the grocery store bakery clearance rack. I was sort of tempted, but didn't want to spend the $$$$. Even on clearance, they weren't cheap. And I figure I don't need the fat or sugar. But now, a day later, I sort of wish I'd gotten them, just to see what they were like...
 
Thee cookies are NOT and I repeat NOT seafood.

But they would fit nicely into a vegetarian diet. :LOL:

You are missing nothing.

It isn't hard to make a vegan cake or muffins. You just use oil in the batter for the fat.

I discovered this yesterday. Yesterday's clearance items included these again, and I caved...

They were (I thought) actually slightly better than most grocery store bakery items. Not that that's much of an achievement. But not so good that I'd be particularly inclined to buy again, clearance or not.

Just got back from my morning walk. Although it is 50 F, it is windy out there and I had to lean into the wind a couple of times. Last night I went to the International Film Festival downtown and coming home the wind blew my car a couple of times on the freeway, especially on a bridge.
