I’m currently starving to death. I had a fluoride treatment and can’t eat anything until 7. Also didn’t eat lunch because I was going to the dentist from work

I had a bottle or two of non-alcoholic beer last summer, and I was pleasantly surprised. Much better than the non-alcohol beer I tried 20 years ago. I'd be curious to try more.

It became fashionable and many brands have alcohol free beer now.
 
getting ready to start the workweek...fortunately it is short.
 
Slowly move my torso side to side while listening to a mid-tempo song and hugging a cup filled with black coffee. Getting that kick to start cooking dinner.
 
It was Family Day in Ontario yesterday so it was supposed to be the day off....although I worked at home on a report.
 
Getting ready to go home where I can watch a seminar and have my ZOOM meetings and be more comfortable.
 
Met my neighbors outside and talked in the cold for almost 2 hours. Was nice with a few laughs.

Made them Homemade Hot Chocolate. I even had whipped cream and a cherry.

Well....I had a lunch with associates today...with a nice red wine.

So now I have come home and will have a nice nap.
 
Wrapping up the work day after my nice nap with Mizzy.
