Attention What are you doing at the moment? 2024-25

lol...colonoscopy prep, tomorrows the big day!

Apparerently the sub-consultants I employ work until midnight?

I have yet to see their documents for inclusion in my outgoing transmittals to the client?

enjoying a post colonoscopy sammich....all is well up in there if anyone was wondering...

Sounds good.

I am enjoying a Guinness before tucking into a steak and kidney pie for dinner.

Good for you. I'd love to do a bar crawl in Amsterdam again.

Instead...having a Merlot after a shopping marathon following a nap which I was able to have because I worked from home office today.

Enjoying a cup of coffee and a banana after coming home from a 7 mile walk

Going for a nap before my sis arrives and we head out to a benefit dinner for the evening.

Back from the dinner....woo hoo.

Usually we drop a few K's on things we then have to give away at Christmas, bu this year, the crowds were out in force and we only ended up with two items that now must be dealt with.

one is actually a piece of original Nepalese art that I am quite smitten with and the other is a a 'Singing Bowl' that we will give to my nephew.

Thinking about an episode of Perry Mason (1957-66 show) I watched last night, which brought one of those awkward moments that occur when one watches vintage TV shows. One sees a good looking guy...only to realize that that guy was actually born so long ago he could be one's grandfather ...

More and more has closed in Amsterdam, sadly, but the festivals are going bananas here.

Going to help perform at a fetish summer festival in July there.

Working at the Keukenhof for the week it is still open to the main public and then I will spend three works helping to put things away for next year

I did 8.76 miles today

Sounds good, but mind your surfaces.

Roads are often heavily crowned for runoff. That means constantly walking on a slope (to one side or the other) that can cause damage to hips, knees and ankles. Same with some paved trails.

Loose gravel can be just as dangerous as ice. Sudden twist can add up.

I've read that a lot of people who used to do a lot of jogging when they were younger now have severe joint problems.

Enjoy your walks, but don't wear your body out before you're done with it.:)

Watching the dancers in the spanish Eurovision 2024 entry semi-final 2 over and over again, mesmerised.
