Unpacking a bizarre day. The internet service crash this morning fucked me up and then none of the rest of the day fell neatly into place.
 
This week still about 7% off kilter.

But home now from travel to meetings and ready for sushi dinner.
 
This week is now 56% off kilter. Shaping up to be a week from hell.

But I am now enjoying a coke after doing Stage one and two of my cardio testing including the stress test (which was agony with an episode of sciatica).
