I've been waiting for the after-Christmas prices.

A jigsaw puzzle was always part of our family Christmas celebration, usually some winter scene and never less than 2,000 pieces. A couple of years the house rule was that on the way to grab some Christmas munchies you had to put in at least one piece. The biggest we ever did was a 5,000 piece monster -- had to borrow a big folding table from the Elks club to do it on, and we still had two round folding tables to the sides (one for pieces with snow, one for pieces with sky) because all those pieces spread out required so much room.
 
I’m sitting in the bay window watch the river. It’s running high and I’m able to see the water going over the falls upstream.
 
Christmas was just a wreck.

We invited 3 couples who one or the other had exposure to people who were found to have Covid.

And I just had a shouting match with someone I care about. Topic: Money

Feeling. like crap cause things said cant be taken back.
 
I'm sorry Vannie! I hate having words worth people on holidays! Currently nursing a nice sore big toe no idea what happened it swelled up and was hard to bend before I went to bed this morning!
 
I have some laundry going. And Jubbing. I'm Mr. Excitement. :)

I played the trailer, and then let YouTube play a couple of selections from the movie. It looks like a hilarious over-the-top takeoff of every Broadway and movie musical you've ever seen! I'll have to check this one out.

Just home from visiting my mom. First time I’ve been out of the house since Christmas Eve
 
Up and clear headed at 6 am.

Making turkey pie and beef pie with the leftovers to freeze for future dinners.

Opening up the Warwick Rowers World Wide Roar calendar for the new year.
