I have just hand shoveled 4 cubic yards of subsoil to fill a dip on the east side of the driveway.

Now I am drugging for my L5.

My knee just gave out on me and I fell on the grass in my yard. A few weeks ago I lifted a heavy box and and felt I had pulled a muscle in my back. It didn't hurt too much and went away in two days. A few days later my one knee wanted to give out on me on the stairs, but I grabbed the railing and managed. My knee was somewhat weak for a week. Then my back felt like I had a lump on it and I knew this was a (swollen) pinched nerve in my back because I have had this several times in the past several years. I barely felt it. Yesterday my knee hurt quite a bit in the afternoon and evening. I suspect the knee problem and back problem are related. I am going on a short trip in three weeks and will need to walk a lot or destroy the trip for my friend. I had called my chiropractor and he is on vacation until next week. It doesn't hurt right now, but I need to get this worked on sooner than later because I know the treatment won't be immediate. I am a little frustrated.

I just smashed my knee into a milk carton. I must have hit it just right because I don't think I'll ever walk again.

I was going to clean the apartment today but now it looks like I will be icing my knee on the couch while I finally watch the extended version of The Hateful Eight.

Or did you mean the milk crate the cartons come in?
