It was an old one from New Jersey. Hard plastic. It wasn't so bad. I just walked 12 blocks to get dinner since it's too hot to cook.

Hateful Eight was grueling. Watching a QT movie is like having him looking over your shoulder saying "Did you see that? Wasn't that clever?" every four minutes. On the plus side there was a lot more gushing blood and best of all, more Jennifer Jason Leigh. I love her.

So. I'm still nursing a sinus infection. I pulled a muscle in my back. And I sliced my finger open and had to get stitches.

Just got back from my primary doctor. He says that I now went over the line and am diabetic. I am loading up with doctor appointments. I will see an orthopedic doctor on Fri due to my knee which is miraculously better today, and my eye doctor on Aug 11th, and back to my primary doctor in October. I am supposed to call a diabetic self help group and get with their program. I also have a haircut appointment this Thursday.

I understand that not every diabetic (coming from a pre-disposed genetic heritage of Type1 and 2 diabetes), but is this something you can arrest with weight loss and diet? I only ask because I did 2 years ago and moved back into a safe zone.
