Had a food delivery. Lazy me today.

At the moment I'm looking at 2 heads of cauliflower literally the size of a soft balls. At $3.00 per head. One whole cauliflower is enough for one. :roll:
 
Resting. Made a double recipe of Chicken Spaghetti to take to my boss' home as a bereavement dinner, and some Parker House rolls. His mother died unexpectedly and his brother is in town to clean out her apartment.

Funny, I had potstickers Saturday night.

I love Chicken Spaghetti, but I froze one casserole back and took the other to the boss. I now have a stocked freezer if I were to go through a bad patch. Have a couple of doctor visits this week and not sure what awaits.

Ended up with burgers on the grill. All the best with the Doctors visits.
