Jubbing on my lunch break. I have nothing to eat but I did bring my power lunch…. Mountain Dew

Getting up to make iced coffee, eggs, ham, & an English muffin for breakfast. The roofers have done, and the chimney re-clad, but the gutter crew is supposed to show today. I'm kinda tired of having to stay home to ensure they don't fuck things up. The company is pretty bad at communications, both externally and internally, and not great at planning, either.

On the other hand, I have a new roof, fascia, and going to have new gutters soon, so the house is looking great. Hope it helps it sell quickly this summer.
