We just finished some homemade stuffed cabbage and pierogies that J actually made!
 
About two hours ago, I had steak, baked potatoes, and a salad with an Amish family, mother, father, two daughters and their son. It was great fun and good conversation. What delightful people. It was topped with homemade bread and fresh baked apple pie hot out of the wood stove fired oven.
