Not right now, but Monday was pretty much all "grazing":
4 ounces of smoked salmon, and 5 ounces of quinoa salad, from a specialty supermarket-and-deli.
A small plastic container of red raspberries.
a "Coney Island" (hot dog with chili; mustard added). That term seems most common in Michigan.
A bunch of strawberries.
An Endangered Species "Panther bar" - dark chocolate 88%
A chocolate malted (made the traditional way, with a Hamilton Beach blender, and mixed in a steel glass).
Cranberry juice drink (organic, no HFCS).
A great beef stew with Indian spices (curry, etc.)
Some whole-grain and probably organic bread, which came with the stew.

The day began with a FANTASTIC professional massage from a woman. I hadn't been there in 12-14 years and I forgot how good she is. Better than any of the guy massages I've had!
All this in Oakland County, Michigan - mostly in Rochester.
