If I had "fresh Lake Erie perch" in front of me, though, I'd forego the fries and the cole slaw and entirely pig-out on fish. IMO one of the most heavenly of all foods, especially lake perch...

Not eating now, but I had a helping of chocolate Malt-O-Meal (with skim milk, and brown sugar), and steamed veggies broccoli/spinach/one-half green pepper/carrots/green beans about 40 minutes ago...
