My "international" leftovers soup:
Leftover turkey and its broth (United States), with kluski noodles (Poland), kasha (buckwheat; Russia), seaweed (east Asia), curry (south Asia), and a few other ingredients.
The turkey and its broth is actually the only part of this soup that's "a leftover."
I'm eating my big meal early.
Also some steamed veggies.
