I just had bacon wrapped baked asparagus, two poached eggs with no-tomato corn salsa, a whole avocado and an English muffin

last night we defrosted the ribs from the holiday ribroast and threw them on the grill to bbq

I ended up making a chorizo, tomato and chilli sauce and having it with pasta.
