KEMIA: toasted spiced nuts, mechouia, houria, and botargue
BRIK: potato, tuna, egg, caraway, parsley (wonderful!!!!)
SARDINE: Djerba style with rose, cinnamon, paprika, parsley, seasonal vegetables, and m'hamsa (couscous)
MAIN COURSE: MSOKI: Jewish Tunisian spring ragout goat, lamb, and beef ribs with fava, artichoke, fresh herbs
DESSERT SAMPLER: dates with orange flour water; makrouth; pistacio macaron with rose flower buttercream [small sandwich cookie]; pine nut and lemon baklava

There are so many great culinary opportunities in Ann Arbor! That aspect of this place makes me think comparatively to places like Manhattan NYC.

I had some Buffalo Chicken Pizza.... absolutely no comparison...

slapped some sliced prime rib on the barbeque for a quick sear
ate with curried roasted veggies and mixed salad

redvelvet cupcakes for desert (they had broken off bunny ears in them) my hubby does have such a dramatic sense of humor
