i did a few mini veal meatballs, brown rice, large salad, a very juicy peach and some almonds

Some more Cottage pie.

We call it Shepherds pie if it's made with minced lamb, and cottage pie if it's beef mince.

We call it Shepherds pie here and make it with ground beef.

I had steak, baked potato, fried okra, and sweet tea.

When out with friends and had Ham and Beans soup, fried potatoes with onions and cornbread.

Will be grilling ribs, with a baked potato and grilling fresh picked summer squash.

Right now steaming a vegetable medley (fresh spinach and mushrooms; frozen asparagus/green beans/broccoli/cauliflower/carrots)...and will fry about 2/3 pound of wild-caught sockeye salmon in olive oil.
