Chinese buffet in Milford, Pennsylvania:
fried rice, two chicken wing segments, four kinds of [raw] sushi, chicken mushroom, pepper steak, dim sum, pot stickers (which seem to be called "fried dumplings" in the east), raw squid, clams, pickled mussels; ice cream.

It's now Friday here, so this qualifies.
I am planning to fix my favorite thing that I ever fix...CHILI. It's a lot of work, though, and it's probably been more than two years since I've fixed it. I'm planning to mix up a rather large batch of it...and, if it turns out really well, I hope to take a good portion of it to church on Sunday, so that people can snack on it after the services. (It's an Episcopalian church, but a very small congregation - fewer than 20 people - and it's an intimate and home-like environment. Indeed it IS in a home, with a large room repurposed as a church. We always have a small brunch after the services.)
If it does turn out well enough to take over, I'll want to now well ahead of Friday NIGHT, so I might not really be eating it for dinner TONIGHT as suggested in the thread title - it may instead be this afternoon. That would allow me to send an email soon enough so that the proper people would know...
